Delivery Information

We deliver your parcel with DHL. Once your order is packed, it will be dispatched to a pickup location near you or directly to your home address. The options available at checkout vary by destination country.

Our delivery options:

Pickup delivery – Your parcel is delivered to a DHL service point or local pickup location near you. You will receive a notification by SMS/email when it is ready to collect. Please collect your parcel within the timeframe stated in the notification (usually 7–14 days).

Home delivery – Your parcel is delivered directly to your address. You will receive tracking information and delivery notifications by SMS/email.

Estimated delivery times: 4–8 business days from order confirmation, depending on your destination country. For orders placed during public holidays, delivery time is calculated from the first business day after the holiday.

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email.
