General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last Updated: June 3, 2026 (Version 2.1)
1. General and Applicability
Great Earth Scandinavia AB, Swedish corporate registration number 556372-9010 ("Great Earth", "we", "us", or "our"), with its registered office address at Ersbogatan 10, 802 93 Gävle, Sweden, operates the website www.greatearth.eu (and any associated regional or international domains, collectively referred to as the "Website").
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all orders and purchases of products completed on the Website by you as a consumer. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms.
Great Earth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website and will apply to all orders placed after the publication of the revised Terms.
These Terms comply with mandatory consumer protection legislation within the European Union (EU), including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
2. Personal Data
Great Earth processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy on the Website.
3. Orders and Formation of Contract
By completing and submitting an order on the Website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. A binding purchase agreement is only concluded when Great Earth confirms your order by sending a written order confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.
4. Fair Use Policy for Purchases
We reserve the right to refuse orders or restrict your ability to purchase products through the Website if we suspect abuse of our services. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, behavior that violates applicable law, these Terms, or the commercial purpose of our promotional offers.
Examples of behavior that may lead to order rejection or account restrictions include:
Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts in a manner not intended.
Repeated or abnormal purchase and return patterns indicating resale, commercial activity, or systematic exploitation.
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information, or participating in actions that could constitute fraud.
Any decision to refuse or restrict orders will be based on an individual and objective assessment. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal.
5. Prices and Fees
All prices listed on the Website are stated in the indicated currency (e.g., Euros - EUR, or other local currencies) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in the country of delivery (or country of origin, depending on EU One Stop Shop - OSS rules).
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and selected delivery method. The exact shipping fee is calculated and presented during checkout before you finalize your order.
Pricing Errors: Great Earth strives for price accuracy. In the event that a price is obviously incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to correct the price before or in connection with sending the order confirmation.
6. Payment Methods
Payments on the Website are processed in cooperation with our payment service providers (e.g., Klarna, Stripe, PayPal, or others, as displayed at checkout). Depending on your country of residence and selection, payment options may include:
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Direct bank transfer
Invoice or flexible payment options (where available)
Great Earth does not charge any additional transaction fees for these options. However, payment providers may charge their own fees or interest for invoice or installment options, which will be shown before purchase.
When choosing invoice or installment options, the payment provider may conduct a credit assessment. By submitting your payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider in addition to these Terms.
7. Delivery and Shipping
Great Earth delivers exclusively to select countries within the European Union (EU). We do not ship to countries outside the EU (such as Norway, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland) at this time.
We partner with international and local shipping carriers (such as PostNord, DHL, UPS, or national postal services) to deliver your order. Available shipping methods (such as service point pickup or home delivery) and specific delivery charges are presented during the checkout process based on your delivery country.
8. Delivery Times
Our normal delivery time is 2 to 8 business days from the date we send your order confirmation email, depending on the destination country.
For orders placed during weekends or public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first business day following the holiday.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se so we can track and resolve the shipment.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, if Great Earth fails to deliver the products within 30 days of the contract (or within the agreed timeframe), you have the right to request delivery within an additional appropriate period. If we fail to deliver within that extended period, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund of all payments made.
9. Uncollected Packages and Refused Deliveries
If a package delivered to a pickup service point is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier (usually 7 to 14 days), or if a home delivery is refused, the package will be returned to Great Earth.
If a package is returned to us as uncollected or refused, we reserve the right to charge a flat administrative fee of EUR 20 (or the equivalent in your local currency) to cover return shipping costs, handling, and administration.
*Please note:* Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not constitute a valid exercise of your legal right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before or at the time of returning the goods.
10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
Important Exception for Food Supplements (Health & Hygiene):
Pursuant to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Because Great Earth products are dietary supplements and consumable goods, you cannot return any product if the safety seal, bottle cap, or outer wrapping has been opened, broken, or tampered with after delivery. To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed condition.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear, written statement before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping and Costs:
Once you notify us, you must send back the goods to our postal address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Great Earth does not cover return shipping costs for withdrawals.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the condition and arrival of the products until they are received at our warehouse.
Refunds:
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned products, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a non-standard premium delivery method).
We will issue the refund using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back at our warehouse, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the products, whichever is earlier.
11. Defective Products and Statutory Guarantees (Claims)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on the Website, you are entitled to a statutory guarantee of conformity under EU law.
Legal Guarantee: Under EU rules, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of a minimum of two (2) years from the date of delivery. (For customers residing in Sweden, you have a statutory right to claim defects for up to three (3) years).
Filing a Claim: You must notify our customer service at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Please provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos/videos showing the issue.
Remedy: If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, we will, at our expense, send you a replacement product or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs if we request you to return the defective product).
12. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service first at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se so we can work together to find an amicable solution.
If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, you have the right to submit your complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body:
EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform: The European Commission provides an online portal for resolving cross-border e-commerce disputes. You can submit your case at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Sweden: Consumers residing in Sweden can submit disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden - ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.
Local Courts: In the event of litigation, you may bring a claim in the competent courts of Sweden (as the seller's country of domicile) or in the competent courts of your EU country of residence.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any purchase agreements entered into through the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
However, as a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local laws.
14. Force Majeure
Great Earth is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a purchase agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, changes in legislation, government actions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, sabotage, war, acts of terrorism, fire, flood, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or other extraordinary events.
Such circumstances release Great Earth from the obligation to pay damages or fulfill the delivery. If the force majeure event continues for more than two (2) months, both you and Great Earth have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
15. Product and Price Information
Great Earth strives to ensure that all information on the Website is accurate. However, we reserve the right for potential typographical errors, pricing mistakes, incorrect discount codes, stock inaccuracies, or out-of-stock items.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information on the Website at any time. All product images and packaging illustrations are for informational purposes only and cannot be guaranteed to represent the exact appearance or formulation of the product.
16. Product Reviews
By submitting a product review on the Website, you grant Great Earth a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to publish and use the review on the Website and in other marketing channels. Great Earth reserves the right to moderate, refrain from publishing, or remove reviews that violate our policies, contain offensive content, or do not relate to the product.
