The vision mission
There is an area in the middle of the eye’s retina called the macula. It is also known as the “yellow spot”, and many people are affected by macular degeneration (AMD), which is the most common cause of impaired vision in older people.
VitalVision contains the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, which occur naturally in the macula. Carotenoids are a provitamin that can be converted into vitamin A in the body, which is needed for the normal function of vision.
