Vitamin D contributes, among other things, to maintaining normal bones and muscle function, as well as to the normal function of the immune system. So you have two options: move to more southerly latitudes (sun-safe Spain, perhaps?) or make sure your body gets all the vitamin D it needs through supplements. We recommend the latter – even if Marbella is beautiful at this time of year.
